There are several major name brands of black hair care but the best known is most likely Nioxin, KMS, Motions and Healthy Hair Plus. Breaking down this barrier causes the cuticle to open up even more. I say even more because the cuticle in black hair is already open because of the curl. Therefore it is vital to make sure that you help to close down the cuticle after perms and relaxers.
